• be a medical or science graduate 
• be a candidate with the potential and ambition to achieve senior management responsibility early in his/her career
• be a resident of Switzerland, a Swiss national abroad,
  or an employee of a Roche Group company
• come from an institution lacking MBA sponsorship activities

Short-listing can only take place after having passed the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and after having received written confirmation of acceptance to a full-time MBA course at one of the American or European business schools that have been selected by the Roche MBA Fellowship Programme (see selection of business schools).
